GCHFR Antibody (PA5-100540) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of GCHFR in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with GCHFR polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100540) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

GCHFR Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry analysis of GCHFR in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with GCHFR polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100540) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. GCHFR Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of GCHFR in mouse lung tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with GCHFR polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100540) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

GCHFR Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of GCHFR in mouse skin tissue (left lane: treated with blocking peptide). Samples were incubated with GCHFR polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100540).
