TNFAIP1 Antibody (PA5-101162) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of TNFAIP1 in human ovarian cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with TNFAIP1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101162) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
This gene was identified as a gene whose expression can be induced by the tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF) in umbilical vein endothelial cells. Studies of a similar gene in mouse suggest that the expression of this gene is developmentally regulated in a tissue-specific manner.
