NDUFA9 Antibody (PA5-101693) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of NDUFA9 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with NDUFA9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101693) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

NDUFA9 (NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 9, mitochondrial) is also named as NDUFS2L, CI-39kD and belongs to the complex I NDUFA9 subunit family. It is involved in stabilizing the junction between membrane and matrix arms of complex I, a late assembly step critical for complex I biogenesis and activity.
