RPAP2 Antibody (PA5-101855) in WB
Western blot analysis of RPAP2 in extracts from various samples. Samples were incubated with RPAP2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101855). Lane 1: HepG2 cells (serum starvation treatment), blocked with antigen-specific peptides; Lane 2: HepG2 cells (serum starvation treatment); Lane 3: RAW264.7 cells (heat shock treatment).

RPAP2 belongs to the RNA Pol II-associated protein (RPAP) family, a set of proteins involved in human Pol II machinery. Recently it has been reported that RPAP2 is required for efficient transcription of snRNA genes by Pol II. siRNA-mediated knock down of RPAP2 caused defects in snRNA gene expression. (22137580).
