Cyclin D2 Antibody (PA5-102481) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Cyclin D2 in human heart tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Cyclin D2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102481) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Target Information
Cyclin D2 is a G1 cyclin required for G1 phase progression and is a strong candidate for a proto-oncogene. Cyclin D2 can phosphorylate pRB when associated with cdk 4 and / or cdk 6.
