RAD9 Antibody (PA5-102511) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded RAD9 in rat liver tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with RAD9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102511) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

RAD9 is a component of the 9-1-1 cell cycle checkpoint response complex that plays a major role in DNA repair. The 9-1-1 complex is recruited to DNA lesions upon damage by the RAD17-replication factor C clamp loader complex. RAD9 acts as a sliding clamp platform on DNA for several proteins involved in long-patch base excision repair.
