INSRR Antibody (PA5-102872) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of INSRR in HepG2 cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and INSRR polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102872) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

INSRR, insulin receptor-related receptor, is a member of the insulin receptor (IR) family. INSRR does not bind insulin-like molecules, but is similar to INSR in tyrosine kinase activity. Receptor with tyrosine-protein kinase activity. Functions as a pH sensing receptor which is activated by increased extracellular pH. Activates an intracellular signaling pathway that involves IRS1 and AKT1/PKB.
