FRAT1 Antibody (PA5-102990) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of FRAT1 in human gastric cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with FRAT1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102990) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the GSK-3-binding protein family. The protein inhibits GSK-3-mediated phosphorylation of beta-catenin and positively regulates the Wnt signaling pathway. It may function in tumor progression and in lymphomagenesis. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2008].
