NFAM1 Antibody (PA5-103469) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of NFAM1 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with NFAM1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103469) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a type I membrane receptor that activates cytokine gene promoters such as the IL-13 and TNF-alpha promoters. The encoded protein contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) and is thought to regulate the signaling and development of B-cells. It is also known CNAIP.
