RAB28 Antibody (PA5-104071) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RAB28 in mouse heart tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with RAB28 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104071) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the Rab subfamily of Ras-related small GTPases. The encoded protein may be involved in regulating intracellular trafficking. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 9 and X. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2009].
