MIP-4 Antibody (PA5-104145) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of MIP-4 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and MIP-4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104145) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-4 (MIP-4), also called CCL18, is a chemokine expressed in the lymph nodes, lungs, placenta and bone marrow. Although the MIP-4s receptor remains undetermined, MIP-4 is known to act as a chemoattractant for activated and non-activated T cells.
