BBS4 Antibody (PA5-104328) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of BBS4 in mouse kidney tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with BBS4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104328) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total BBS4.
靶标信息
BBS4 contains tetratricopeptide repeats (TPR), similar to O-linked N-acetyglucosamine transferase. Mutations in the gene encoding this protein have been observed in patients with Bardet-Biedl syndrome type 4. BBS4 may play a role in pigmentary retinopathy, obesity, polydactyly, renal malformation and mental retardation.
