CKS2 Antibody (PA5-104525) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CKS2 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with CKS2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104525) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
CKS2 protein binds to the catalytic subunit of the cyclin dependent kinases and is essential for their biological function.
