RBP5 Antibody (PA5-104544) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded RBP5 in human skin tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with RBP5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104544) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

The protein encoded by this gene is a cellular retinol-binding protein expressed highly in kidney and liver. Down-regulation of the encoded protein in hepatocellular carcinoma was associated with large tumor size and poor patient survival rates.
