Phospho-PLCB3 (Ser1105) Antibody (PA5-104631) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Phospho-PLCB3 (Ser1105) in rat colorectal tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with Phospho-PLCB3 (Ser1105) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104631) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
PLCB3 encodes a member of the phosphoinositide phospholipase C beta enzyme family that catalyze the production of the secondary messengers diacylglycerol and inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate from phosphatidylinositol in G-protein-linked receptor-mediated signal transduction. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
