Phospho-TRIM32 (Ser339) Antibody (PA5-105349) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-TRIM32 (Ser339) in human kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-TRIM32 (Ser339) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105349) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of TRIM32 only when phosphorylated at Ser339.
靶标信息
TRIM32 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. TRIM32 localizes to cytoplasmic bodies. The protein has also been localized to the nucleus, where it interacts with the activation domain of the HIV-1 Tat protein. The Tat protein activates transcription of HIV-1 genes.
