DGAT2L6 Antibody (PA5-106651) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of DGAT2L6 in mouse brain tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with DGAT2L6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106651) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
This gene is a member of the diacylglycerol acyltransferase 2 family. The encoded protein is a putative acyltransferase and is most likely involved in the synthesis of di- or triacylglycerol, however its substrate specificity is currently unknown. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2015].
