SNRNP70 Antibody (PA5-110406) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of SNRNP70 in paraffin-embedded human cervix cancer. Samples were incubated with SNRNP70 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110406) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

SNRP70 contains 1 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain and mediates the splicing of pre-mRNA by binding to the loop I region of U1-snRNA. Western blots using two different antibodies against two unique regions of this protein target confirm the same apparent molecular weight in our tests.
