Immunocytochemistry analysis of Cyclin A1/CCNA1 using anti-Cyclin A1/CCNA1 antibody (Product # PA5-114439) . Cyclin A1/CCNA1 was detected in a section of PC-3 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human placenta tissue, human U937 whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, human THP-1 whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell, human Hela whole cell. ICC/IF: PC-3 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Cyclins are regulatory subunits of the cyclin-dependent kinases (cdk's). They are expressed temporally to control transition at different specific phases of the cell cycle. In mammalian somatic cells, cyclin A is required for S-phase and passage through G2-phase.
