Phospho-p57 Kip2 (Thr310) Antibody (PA5-114613) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Phospho-p57 Kip2 (Thr310) in human mammary cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114613) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

This gene is part of a gene cluster on chromosome Xp11.23. The encoded protein contains a zinc finger motif often found in transcriptional regulators, however, its exact function is not known. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein.
