Argonaute 4 Antibody (PA5-114875) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Argonaute 4 in mouse heart tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114875) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the Argonaute family of proteins which play a role in RNA interference. The encoded protein is highly basic containing PAZ and PIWI domains, and it may play a role in short-interfering-RNA-mediated gene silencing.
