ESD Antibody (PA5-115199) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ESD in human esophageal cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115199) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
This gene encodes a serine hydrolase that belongs to the esterase D family. The encoded enzyme is active toward numerous substrates including O-acetylated sialic acids, and it may be involved in the recycling of sialic acids. This gene is used as a genetic marker for retinoblastoma and Wilson's disease.
