GOLIM4 Antibody (PA5-115311) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of GOLIM4 in human esophageal cancer. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115311) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

The Golgi complex plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. The protein encoded by this gene is a type II Golgi-resident protein. It may process proteins synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and assist in the transport of protein cargo through the Golgi apparatus.
