KLF2 Antibody (PA5-115479) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of KLF2 in human colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115479) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

KLF2 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It contains 3 C2H2-type zinc fingers. KLF2 binds to the CACCC box in the beta-globin gene promoter and activates transcription.
