PFDN6 Antibody (PA5-115741) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PFDN6 in mouse lung tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115741) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

靶标信息
PFDN6 binds specifically to cytosolic chaperonin (c-CPN) and transfers target proteins to it. This protein also binds to nascent polypeptide chain and promotes folding in an environment in which there are many competing pathways for nonnative proteins.
