RyR1 Antibody (PA5-115857) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RyR1 in mouse muscle tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with RyR1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115857) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Ryanodine receptors have been shown to play critical roles in the intracellular Ca2+ signaling occurring during cell activation in muscle cells and non-muscled cells. Ryanodine receptor, ~500 kDa, can be isolated from a variety of cell types such as lymphocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, fibroblasts, epithelial, endothelial cells, skeletal muscles, cardiac muscle and brain tissues.
