SH2D4A Antibody (PA5-115892) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of SH2D4A in human colorectal cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with SH2D4A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115892) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
SH2D4A inhibits estrogen-induced cell proliferation by competing with PLCG for binding to ESR1, blocking the effect of estrogen on PLCG and repressing estrogen-induced proliferation. SH2D4A may play a role in T-cell development and function.
