TUT1 Antibody (PA5-116092) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of TUT1 in HeLa cells. Samples were treated with PFA, permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked in 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), and incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116092). Secondary staining was applied with mouse anti-beta tubulin (1 hr at 37°, AlexaFluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red), AlexaFluor 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) and DAPI.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total TUTase.
靶标信息
TUT1 is a nucleotidyl transferase that functions as both a terminal uridylyltransferase and a nuclear poly(A) polymerase. TUT1 specifically adds and removes nucleotides from the 3' end of small nuclear RNAs and select mRNAs and may function in controlling gene expression and cell proliferation. TUT1 specifically catalyzes uridylylation of U6 snRNA (RNU6; MIM 180692) and is essential for cell proliferation (Trippe et al., 2006 [PubMed 16790842]).[supplied by OMIM].
