Western Blot analysis of LMAN2L using the LMAN2L Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-116337) at a 1:1000 dilution. MDA-MB-453 whole cell lysates were loaded at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10,000 dilution. Predicted band size: 40 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
