Western Blot analysis of CTR9 using the CTR9 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-116348) at a dilution of 1:1,000 in A431, HT-29 cells (from left to right) (35 µg per lane). A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
