Western Blot analysis of SEC11C using the SEC11C Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-116370) at a 1:2000 dilution. mouse spleen lysates were loaded at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10,000 dilution. Predicted band size: 22 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
