BRD3 Antibody (PA5-117812) in WB
Western Blot using BRD3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-117812) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HeLa Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 80 kDa. Observed band size: 90 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

This gene was identified based on its homology to the gene encoding the RING3 protein, a serine/threonine kinase. The gene localizes to 9q34, a region which contains several major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes. The function of the encoded protein is not known.
