PPP4R2 Antibody (PA5-118187) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of PPP4R2 in U251MG cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with PPP4R2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118187, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a regulatory subunit of the serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 4 complex. In addition to being required for efficient DNA double strand break repair, this complex plays a role in organization of microtubules at centrosomes and processing of spliceosomal snRNPs. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
