PSMD6 Antibody (PA5-118212) in WB
Western Blot using PSMD6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118212) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: Raji Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: K562 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: THP-1 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 46 kDa. Observed band size: 46 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

This gene encodes a member of the protease subunit S10 family. The encoded protein is a subunit of the 26S proteasome which colocalizes with DNA damage foci and is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquinated proteins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
