SEMA4A Antibody (PA5-118254) in WB
Western Blot of SEMA4A in Lane A: Jurkat Membrane Lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Samples (20 µg per lane) were incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118254) with a dilution of 1:500 , followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) using a dilution of 1:10,000. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 84 kDa, Observed band size: 84 kDa.
