Bif1 Antibody (PA5-118260) in WB
Western Blot using Bif1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118260) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: K562 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: A431 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: H1299 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 40 kDa. Observed band size: 40 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).
