YES1 Antibody (PA5-118364) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of YES1 in U251MG cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with YES1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118364, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and cell membrane.

YES1 is a recombinant human protein kinase that is a member of the SRC family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. It is involved in the regulation of cell growth and survival, including roles in apoptosis, cell-cell adhesion, cytoskeleton remodeling, and differentiation.
