Samples (30 µg per lane) were incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118375) with a dilution of 1:500, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) using a dilution of 1:10,000. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 68 kDa, Observed band size: 72 kDa.

ZNF823 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — ZNF823 Immunoprecipitation using: Lane A: 0.5 mg Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate 1 µL with ZNF823 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118375) and 15 µL of 50 % Protein G agarose. Primary antibody: ZNF823 Polyclonal Antibody, at 1:500 dilution. Secondary antibody: Dylight 800-labeled antibody to rabbit IgG (H+L), at 1:5,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 67 kDa. Observed band size: 75 kDa.

ZNF823 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Immunoprecipitation of ZNF823 in Lane A: 0.5 mg Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate. Samples were treated with 15 μl of 50 % Protein G agarose, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118375) with a dilution of 1:500, followed by Dylight 800-labeled antibody to rabbit IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:5,000. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 67 kDa, Observed band size: 75 kDa .
