Immunocytochemistry analysis of PRDM9 in mouse testis. Samples were incubated with Prdm9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120725) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens) followed by Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a 1:500 dilution. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.
