KBTBD7 Antibody (PA5-121422) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of KBTBD7 in MCF-7 cells using KBTBD7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-121422) at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

The protein encoded by this gene is a transcriptional activator, having been shown to increase the transcription of activator protein-1 and serum response element. The encoded protein can also form a complex with KBTBD6 and CUL3, which regulates the ubiquitylation and degradation of TIAM1, which is a regulator of RAC1.
