IL1R1 Antibody (PA5-13368) in WB
Western blot analysis of IL1R1 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with IL1R1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13368) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins at 40 µg per lane. Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysate; Lane 2: HepG2 whole cell lysate. Predicted band size: 65 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
