Western blot analysis of RHNO1 using RHNO1 antibody (Product # PA5-144036). Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 µg of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: human MOLT-4 whole cell lysates; Lane 2: human U251 whole cell lysates. RHNO1 plays a role in DNA damage response (DDR) signaling upon genotoxic stresses such as ionizing radiation (IR) during the S phase. Recruited to sites of DNA damage through interaction with the 9-1-1 cell-cycle checkpoint response complex and TOPBP1 in a ATR-dependent manner. Required for the progression of the G1 to S phase transition. Plays a role in the stimulation of CHEK1 phosphorylation.
