RNF113A Antibody (PA5-148301) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RNF113A in Hela cells. Samples were incubated with RNF113A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148301) using a dilution of 1:200 at 4°C overnight followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 10% serum. Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.

This intronless gene encodes a protein which contains a C3H1-type zinc finger domain and a C3HC4 Ring-type (Really Interesting New Gene-type) zinc finger domain. The Ring-type zinc finger domain is identified in various tumor suppressors, DNA repair genes and cytokine receptor-associated molecules, and is probably involved in mediating protein-protein interactions.
