NRXN1 Antibody (PA5-18730) in WB
Western blot analysis of NRXN1 using NRXN1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18730) in Lane A: HEK293 lysate (10 µg protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human NRXN1 with DYKDDDDK tag probed with NRXN1 Polyclonal Antibody (0.5 µg/mL). Lane B: Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with NRXN1 Polyclonal Antibody (1 mg/mL). Lane C: HEK293 lysate overexpressing Human NRXN1 with DYKDDDDK tag probed with DYKDDDDK Tag (1:3,000). Primary incubations were for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
