Influenza A NS1 Antibody (PA5-23365) in WB
Western blot analysis of Influenza A NS1 in partial recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids DQKLGDAPFLDRLRRD. Samples were incubated with Influenza A NS1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23365) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution.

The amino acid sequence used as immunogen is 88% homologous in Chicken, Bovine, Opossum, Monkey and 83% homologous in Canine.
Target Information
Influenza A viruses are single stranded, negative sense RNA viruses. Two distinct non-structural proteins NS1 and NS2 are translated from one of the eight RNA segments by using different reading frames.The influenza A virus NS2 is located in the nucleus and the cytoplasm. NS2 is essential for nuclear export of influenza virus ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes.
