PMS2 Antibody (PA5-29835) in WB
Western blot was performed using Anti-PMS2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29835) and a 95kDa band corresponding to PMS2 was observed in HeLa, MCF7, SH-SY5Y, LNCaP, Jurkat, PC-3 and not in Molt-4 and DU 145 which are reported to be negative. Two isoforms corresponding to ~ 51, ~62 kDa was observed across all the cell lines tested.
