UBE2S Antibody (PA5-30529) in WB
Western blot analysis of UBE2S in wild-type (WT) and UBE2S knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were incubated with UBE2S polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-30529) using a dilution of 1:2,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Separated by 12% SDS-PAGE.

This gene encodes a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. The encoded protein is able to form a thiol ester linkage with ubiquitin in a ubiquitin activating enzyme-dependent manner, a characteristic property of ubiquitin carrier proteins.
