Western Blot using BTBD7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-32003). Sample (30 µg of whole cell lysate). Lane A: U87-MG. 5% SDS PAGE. BTBD7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-32003) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Acts as a mediator of epithelial dynamics and organ branching by promoting cleft progression. Induced following accumulation of fibronectin in forming clefts, leading to local expression of the cell-scattering SNAIL2 and suppression of E-cadherin levels, thereby altering cell morphology and reducing cell-cell adhesion.
