PA5-33193 may be used as a negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of rat monoclonal antibodies of isotype IgG2b in human, mouse and bovine tissue Test results have shown that PA5-33193 is also suitable for use as a negative control with canine tissues.
For FACS analysis, use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100ul.
