Western blot analysis of AKTIP in human heart tissue lysate. Samples were incubated with AKTIP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49195) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:5,000. Lysates at 35 µg per lane.

Regulates apoptosis by enhancing phosphorylation and activation of AKT1. Increases release of TNFSF6 via the AKT1/GSK3B/NFATC1 signaling cascade.
